From raw land to a finished neighborhood: I just wrapped up over two years of work taking an assemblage of parcels through the full LDP process, resulting in an 18-lot subdivision on Friendship Church Road.

Getting there took rezoning, engineering and site design, securing sewer easements, splitting off a separate parcel, stormwater and utility approvals, plat recording, and constant coordination with the county along the way, all while working alongside multiple sellers, engineers, multiple attorneys, the builder team, and investors to keep everything moving.

It's not a fast process, but it's how raw acreage becomes a buildable community, and I'm proud of what came together on this one.
