Sold!! Over 2 years we spent getting this estate ready for sale. Most of that time was tied up in the legal process of getting a very fraudulent lien removed. I coordinated several projects including full floor replacement, full interior paint, mold remediation, garage slab stabilization, water line replacement, exterior paint, landscaping, and deck staining. We fixed leaks and light fixtures, and even had the gas cut off right in the middle of the winter freezes! We survived it all. By the time we had overcome our legal hurdles, everyone was nearly at their wits end. Fortunately, once we listed we were under contract in 10 days! Despite the many obstacles, it was my pleasure to assist the Averys with this project. All of the planning and coordination paid off in the end, and we were able to finally close satisfactorily.
