Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Marietta, GA. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client requirements are met. The responsibilities also include assisting clients with property viewings, facilitating negotiations, and guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiries to successful transactions.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
Proven experience in Sales and the ability to close deals effectively
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail
Familiarity with local real estate markets is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
