Spring listings always reveal something interesting 👀

Buyers will overlook outdated finishes way faster than they’ll overlook a bad layout.

When they walk through a home, they’re not thinking about paint colors or cabinet hardware first. They’re paying attention to how the home feels:

• Does the kitchen flow into the living space?
• Can you move easily from room to room?
• Does the layout actually make sense for everyday life?

Cosmetic updates can always be done later.
But changing a layout? That’s a much bigger project.

That’s why buyers tend to focus on the bones of a home first… and the style second. 🏡
