Before you list your home, try walking through it like a buyer would.

Not as the person who has loved it, lived in it, and made memories there — but as someone seeing it for the very first time.

Paint, lighting, landscaping, small repairs… those details matter because buyers are making decisions quickly.

And in today’s market, they are not always looking for a project. A lot of the time, they are simply moving on to the next house.
