She has been recognized for being in the top 25 percentile in Massachusetts in the past, as well as consistently being a top producer and in the top 5% of the sales force of 16 offices and near 400 agents throughout New England with ERA Key Realty Services. She continues to be recognized for her professionalism, sales production, negotiating skills, information sharing, and genuine assistance among her appreciative clientele and peers. Real Estate marketing and sales has been Joyce’s full time passion and career for over 25 years. Four of those years were spent in Relocation where she oversaw several major corporation’s real estate / relocation needs for their employees and new hires, assisting in selection of realtors for home sale marketing and home purchase, facilitation of buy-outs and amended value packages, throughout the United States.

*She is one of the few realtors in the area to hold the designation of “ASR” (Accredited Seller Representative) in Massachusetts, specific to exceeding the expectations of a homeowner’s desire or need to successfully market and sell their property as a result of a strong cohesive working relationship between the homeowner and Joyce.
*She also holds the “CBR” designation (Certified Buyers Representative), as well as the “SRES” (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and studied further to obtain her “Brokers’ license which demands a higher level of learning, and understanding that reflects well with her clients needs and wishes.
*Joyce has instructed new agents, counseled many home owners with their best interest at heart irrelevant of the outcome to her, hosted seminars to new buyers, provides assistance to seniors and their family, and in the past provided the viewing audience on a local cable TV valuable “real estate related” information.
*She is a member of the “MCDA” (Marlborough Community Development Authority) working with the city of Marlborough and the Mayor. In this voluntary role she successfully assisted in working with government agencies to adopt more flexible guidelines that enabled the MCDA to market and sell “affordable homes” to the qualified buying public. She continues to be an active member on ongoing projects.
