Real Link We're a full service, flat-fee real estate brokerage, helping our sellers save thousands of dollars! The real estate industry has evolved. It only made sense.

So, why are real estate commissions the same? We had that same question back in 2013. That’s when RealLink Real Estate was born and we put our client’s best interest (and savings!) as the top priority. Before the dawn of technology, digital signatures, and social media, agents would spend a great deal of time and resources obtaining signatures on contracts, placing ads in local print publications, distributing property fliers, and more. Now, all of that can be done from behind an agent’s desk (or in their car), saving them a tremendous amount of time. RealLink specializes in saving sellers thousands of dollars when selling their home. Our full service, flat-fee approach means you receive the same benefits you would expect with any other real estate agency, but without paying inflated costs. We work smarter, allowing us to pass the savings along to you. You save as a buyer, too! There are no out-of-pocket costs or fees you pay for RealLink to represent you when buying a home – all fees are paid for by the seller. There's a lot of noise about rates right now. Most of it is written for clicks, not for you.

So here's the straight version of what we're seeing in Cincinnati. 👉

Rates aren't returning to 2021 — but measured against historical norms, today looks pretty ordinary. Sellers who price accurately are still selling. Buyers have real negotiating room again: buydowns, concessions, and time on market are all back on the table.

And whenever you do decide to sell, know your options first. RealLink is full service, start to finish, for a flat $3,500 — not a percentage of your sale price. On a $400,000 home, that's $3,500 instead of $12,000 at a 3% listing-side commission. That difference doesn't care what rates are doing.

Not a market to fear. A market to understand.

Flat fee real estate sounds like a gimmick. We get it.

Sell a $500,000 home:
At 3% commission — $15,000
At our flat fee — $3,500

That's about $11,500 that stays in your pocket.

Here's what doesn't change: We don't take worse photos. We don't negotiate
politely instead of aggressively. Same listing process, same MLS
exposure, same contracts, same negotiations.

Flat fee isn't cheaper because it's worse. It's cheaper because the
pricing model makes more sense.

Want to see how it works on your home? Reach out and one of our agents will walk you through it.
