October is here! ✨ Even if these Ohio temps don’t quite feel like it, fall is in the air. Come discover the magic of Waynesville this fall.
This month you’ll hear the roar of race boats at the Hydrobowl, the whispers of ghost tales after dark on the Historical Haunts Tour, the flavors and traditions of the Ohio Sauerkraut Festival, and dinner over candlelight at Ghosts & Goblets inside one of Waynesville’s most historic locations. But the magic of October isn’t found only in the events. It’s in the everyday moments that make Waynesville feel like home. 💛✨
It’s in the shop windows dressed for the season, the aroma of warm meals from our local eateries, and the crunch of leaves beneath your feet as you wander our Main Street, USA. It’s in the way the hills around Caesar’s Creek put on their best show, turning shades of gold and crimson that remind us why fall is so loved. And as the month comes to a close, little ones will fill the streets for our small town Trick or Treat, with shopkeepers in costume passing out sweets the way they’ve done for so long.
