What is my WHY? Anna is
in real estate because of her strong affinity with the American Dream of home ownership. Together with her mother and grandmother in the 1970s, Anna began the process of pursuing the American Dream when she left her place of birth, Moscow, in the former Soviet Union. Through a multi-step process that took over a year, Anna, her mother, and grandmother embarked on a Journey to the United States that took them through Italy and Austria, in order to be vetted and finally cleared for legal entry. Once in the United States, living and working hard in New York City, Anna and her mother finally realized their dream of home ownership by buying their first condo. After experiencing the opportunity of working hard to buy their own home, Anna felt inspired and motivated to help others achieve it as well. For Anna, being a realtor is not just an occupation or a paycheck, it is a calling and a mission that transcends the self. Anna will always sincerely value the privilege of living and working in the United States. This is “Anna’s Why”. In addition, they both believe in giving back to their community and are involved with several charities, including their personal effort of rescuing retired greyhound racing dogs since 2008.
