Sandy Feet Retreat is a New Rental !! Located up in Cooks Camp right off the intercoastal. PET FRIENDLY, SWIMMING POOL !! Kiddo's playground!!

Sleeps up to 14 people !!
3 bdr, 2 bath house. Sits on a half acre of a full acre property. 20 x 20 addition living room which is the front entrance and also connects to a door to walk out on the covered porch and a fenced front yard. There is a full sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. Entering the main house is another living room, a big open kitchen with an island and a dining area. Off the kitchen is the coffee bar with a desk which has a side door entrance and exit to the playground, firepit, and swimming pool area. Bedroom 1 is the master and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a 5ft walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk bed. All rooms have TVs. Included is a laundry shed with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The outdoor space is shared with my other half-acre and has 3 rental cabins. This listing is for the house and outdoor pool/playground area only.

The decision has been made…the 2024 Texas Troutmasters will be January 5-7 at Matagorda Harbor in Matagorda, Texas!! This is a 2 Man Team Trout Tournament…lures only utilizing the “catch, weigh and release” format! Captain’s Meeting Friday evening and fish Saturday and Sunday! More details coming soon! Grab your partner and get ready for a Texas Size Two Day Showdown!!

After further consideration of Saltwater Legend Series being all south events this year…we are excited to be coming back to the middle/upper coast and wanted to show some love to our Matagorda area anglers! Please do us a huge favor and help us spread the word and please share this post!!
