After 10 wonderful years of owning and operating PG Management Group, LLC, I am excited to share some big news:
I have sold my company to Alarca Property Management. While this marks the end of an incredible chapter in my life, it also begins an exciting new one, filled with opportunities to continue serving the property management community.
Owning PG Management Group has been more than just a business to me—it has been a labor of love. Over the years, I’ve worked with many amazing property owners, tenants, and colleagues. Together, we’ve built something truly special, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and support you have shown me.
When it came time to make this decision, it was important that PG Management Group’s legacy would be entrusted to a company whose core principles align closely with mine. A trusted name in property management since 2005, Alarca Realty emerged as the perfect choice. As part of this transition, I am excited to join Alarca Realty as their Operations Manager. This new role allows me to contribute my experience to a larger team while focusing on my passions: mentoring, educating, and supporting others in achieving success in the property management industry. I look forward
to staying deeply involved in the profession, continuing to serve as the Professional Development Committee Chair for NARPM® in 2025, and as the Property Management Division Chair for NC REALTORS® in 2025.
