Tomorrow, Sheltair Aviation at Tampa International is hosting Girls in Aviation Day, a free event designed to get girls excited about careers in flight, from piloting to engineering to air traffic control.

As someone who works and lives in this community, I love seeing events like this that open doors for the next generation. Tampa is home to such a strong aviation and travel industry, and it's great to see local organizations investing in kids right here in our backyard.

🍴 Who's ready for Taste of Henry?!

Tomorrow, September 11th, downtown McDonough turns into one giant food crawl. Restaurants, food trucks, live music... you could easily spend the whole evening just wandering and tasting your way through town.

Here's why I always look forward to this one: it's 100% homegrown. No outside vendors trucked in, just the restaurants and small businesses that make Henry County what it is. Supporting them is basically supporting our own neighborhood.

New build or resale? It's one of the first big questions buyers wrestle with.

New construction means everything is untouched, but you're often working with less negotiating room and a longer timeline. Resale homes come with established landscaping and character, and sometimes a quicker close, but may need updates along the way.
