Metro Atlanta isn’t one market — it’s four, and they don’t move the same way.

I work across this metro regularly, and one of the biggest mistakes I see people make is treating Atlanta real estate like it has one pulse. It doesn’t. Prices, inventory, competition, and what your money actually gets you can look completely different depending on which direction you go from the city — and I’m talking tens of thousands of dollars different for comparable homes.
