👑 Fun Fact: Cherries Jubilee is traditionally credited to legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier and is associated with celebrations honoring Queen Victoria’s Jubilee in the late 1800s. The classic dessert features cherries cooked in a sweet sauce, traditionally flambéed with liqueur 🔥, and served warm over vanilla ice cream. 🍒🍦
