A lot of people have asked what it's been like moving back home after spending the last five years building my real estate business in Chattanooga.
The truth is, it's been pretty special.
While Chattanooga gave me the opportunity to grow, learn, and help a lot of great families buy and sell homes, there's something different about helping people in the community that helped shape who you are.
One thing I've noticed since being back is that our market is changing. Buyers have more options than they did a year ago, and sellers who price their homes correctly are still seeing great results.
