On auction day, everything happens out in the open. Terms are announced before the first bid, every bid is called where everyone can hear it, and every buyer competes on the same ground.

Our team tracks every bidder, every ticket, and every sale from registration to settlement. Sellers know exactly where their property stands, and buyers know exactly what they're bidding on.

That's how we've always done business, and it's how we'll keep doing it.

Always look forward to seeing you on auction day.

Details matter, and we handle every one.

A NEW CHAPTER-WITH A FAMILIAR FACE

We're excited to announce that Lorin McCorkle is now serving buyers and sellers with Donald Hillis Realty & Auction!

Real estate isn't completely new to Lorin. She has held her real estate license in the past and has spent the last year working alongside the Donald Hillis team, gaining valuable experience.

Many of you may also recognize Lorin from a completely different side of her career. She holds a degree in Radiology/Medical Imaging and spent years working in the medical field. That experience taught her the importance of listening to people, paying attention to the details, and being someone others can depend on.

Now, she's bringing the same approach to real estate.

Whether you're buying a home, selling property, looking for land, or considering an auction (She knows a few great auctioneers) Lorin would love the opportunity to work with you.
