Serving the Metro-Richmond area - Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, Richmond City, Goochland, Powhatan, King William, New Kent, Charles City, Prince George, Amelia, Caroline, Dinwiddie - as well as Louisa, James City, and Williamsburg. In addition to being a member of RAR (Richmond Association of Realtors), I am a member of the Virginia Beach Realtor Association, REIN. Welcome to the amazing world I
get to be a part of daily, real estate. If you are just dipping your toe in the market to test the waters and learn what is involved to become a homeowner, you are in the right place. If you are thinking of upsizing, downsizing, buying a second vacation home or looking to start an investment portfolio to build generational wealth, you too are in the
right place. Real estate is personal. Each client’s situation, wants, and needs differ. Homeowners
desire and deserve the most money from selling their biggest investment…Each buyer (whether downsizing or a first-time homebuyer) is excited to find their next haven…And I delight in getting them exactly that. Seeing my clients’ smiles at closing either receiving their proceeds or being handed the keys to their new home investment – it never gets old! It brings me as much joy as it brings my clients! I’ve been a blessed native of Metro-Richmond my entire life. I was born in Henrico County (part of the Greater Richmond Region), grew up and went to school in the area. When it came time for me to buy my own home, I chose to remain in the community. Having the pleasure to watch the Richmond area change and grow into an area with much to offer its residents gives me market expertise. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked as an administrative assistant at the Virginia Department of Education and SunTrust Bank (now Truist), was a jewelry manager for several years with Best Products until they closed, and I was co-owner in a family plumbing business which specialized in plumbing repairs, sales, new construction plumbing installations and complete bathroom / kitchen remodels. Each of these positions have equipped me with skills that allow me serve others with excellence. I’ve had my license since May 1984, my broker’s license since June 2014 as well as other
designations which means in addition to market expertise, I have real estate expertise too. As managing broker for Seay Real Estate, I enjoy training and watching the new agents in our company excel and overseeing the daily operations of our office. When I’m not embarking on a real estate adventure, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hanging out on the beach, reading, and learning new things. I invite you to call / text me at 804-762-3772 whether you are looking for a property to
call home, looking to sell, or considering an investment property. I’d love to offer you my up-leveled client experience and delightfully help make your dream a reality.
