So excited for my sweet clients who are officially UNDER CONTRACT on their next home ~ closer to their grandbabies 🥹🏡🥰

What makes this one extra special is that this journey didn’t start last week or even last month… it started about a year ago.

They came to our very first Homegirls Happy Hour last summer 🍹✨ We sat, talked about their goals, timeline, family priorities, and what this next chapter of life looked like for them. There was no pressure - just real conversation, connection, laughs, and good vibes.

And honestly? That matters.

Because understanding our clients beyond just “beds, baths, and budget” helps us serve them so much better when the time actually comes to make moves.
