Congratulations to our buyer clients for making sound financial decisions for their family!👏🏽 Seller wouldn’t negotiate AT ALL after several large ticket items were discovered at inspections. They loved this house. We took several days to do our due diligence gathering estimates, trying to make our reply as reasonable and considerate of the sellers as possible. Their agent shut it down- it seems before even attempting discussions with the seller to figure things out or work together. So we walked - BYEEE.
4428 Huey Ave. -Well those scheivert buyers were kinda freaking out… because we settled on the sale of their home THIS week! Luckily, with proper pricing, marketing, and negotiating- their buyer agreed upfront to allow them time to remain in the home post settlement while they secured their next property. Crisis diverted😅

145 Crum Creek - Huge CONGRATS to our buyer client for securing a home after months of looking for the ONE✨ She inquired with us through out website in March after seeing that we worked a lot in the areas she wanted to be. We put together a plan, she had a strict budget & a vision. After multiple offers that didn’t work out - it’s finally her time🫶🏽
201 Willowbrook - OMG. Idk how to sum this up but I’ll try. This adorable family reached out to us after they had a not so great experience with their agent through Redfin. They felt like they just weren’t getting enough guidance and thorough representation. We started touring in June and they went under contract on 201 Willowbrook. Got through inspections, everything was great BUT then the appraisal came back significantly low. During this negotiation, our clients had to terminate the sale because we could not come to terms with the seller.
Starting touring again. Nothing was panning out. THEN they got a second chance at the same house weeks later. Went under contract AGAIN on 201 Willowbrook and settled 3 weeks later. When I tell you that things ALWAYS work out HOW and WHEN they are supposed to in this industry- I’m not kidding.
We are THRILLED for their family!
