I started my Career in Real Estate in 1985 and received my Brokers license two years later in 1987. I opened Baer & Company Realtors in 1987 serving both residential and commercial real estate needs. After many years, I decided to dedicate my time to residential real estate only and joined Crye-Leike Realtors. In my twelve years at Crye-Leike I became a life member of the Crye-Leike Million Dollar
Club consistently receiving top sales awards as well as the company’s highest achievement The Circle of Excellence Award. With this, I was made Vice President of the company. I have obtained the professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I continue to pursue educational opportunities in my field in order to keep up with the ever-changing industry. In January of 2015, I decided to again open my own company when the opportunity presented itself.
