I don’t share all of my closings on social media, but when I do, it’s because the story is too special not to share.

This is Erin. 💙
Erin and I first met through the Menomonee Falls School Board elections years ago. This spring, she trusted me to help her sell the home she shared with her late wife, Brittany, and find a new home for the next chapter of her family’s life.
The decision to move wasn’t easy. That home was Brittany’s dream home and held years of memories. But Erin faced every challenge with incredible strength. She completed updates, prepared the house for the market, trusted the process, and together we created a strategy that resulted in multiple offers within 72 hours.

At the same time, she was balancing work, raising her children, and searching for a new home. To say I’m proud of her is an understatement.

One moment I’ll never forget was standing in the living room of the home she ultimately purchased. As we talked about its potential and discussed the offer we were about to submit, I felt overwhelmed with emotion. It felt like Brittany was right there, letting Erin know she was making the right decision. I have no doubt she was watching over this entire journey.

And somehow, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Erin closed on her new home on the second day of Pride Month. 🌈 A new home. A new chapter. A love story that continues to guide the way.

Congratulations, Erin. Thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important chapter in your family’s story. It was truly an honor. I never take that responsibility lightly, and moments like this remind me why I love what I do.

Happy Pride Month, everyone. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 May we continue to celebrate love, family, courage, and the freedom to be exactly who we are.

Happy Pride Month! 🌈
As a real estate professional and ally, I believe everyone deserves equal access to housing and the opportunity to feel safe, respected, and welcome in their community.

The federal Fair Housing Act makes it illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing because of race, color, religion, national origin, s*x, disability, or familial status.

Fair housing is for everyone. Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈🏡 Equal housing opportunity is a right, not a privilege.

Confession: I don’t measure my business by how many homes I sell.

I’m not chasing “top producer” status. I’m happy selling 10–12 homes a year… and honestly? I’m just as okay if it’s more or less than that too!

Because I measure my business by how my clients feel when they work with me.

Do they feel supported?
Do they feel heard?
Do they feel taken care of?

Because that matters so much more than any number ever could.

I’m not trying to be the busiest agent.
I’m trying to be the one who shows up the best. For my clients and my family.

And if you’re looking for an agent who values both…
I’d love to be that for you 🤍

I love this trend and had to participate! It’s crazy looking back at photos of little Brittany in the late ’80s and early ’90s and thinking she had no idea what she would grow up to be.

I will forever be incredibly honored that you choose me—or recommend me—to help you buy or sell real estate.

Thank you from little baby (and adult) Brittany. ❤️

The internet makes real estate look extreme. It’s not.

Homes taking weeks to sell? Normal.
Price reductions? Normal.
Selling at list price? Normal.
Inspections finding things? Normal.
Feeling stressed? Very normal.

Buying or selling comes with unknowns. It’s your money. Your kids. Your future. Of course it feels big. If everything doesn’t happen overnight, nothing is “wrong.” And no — your Realtor doesn’t suck. 😉

Real estate requires strategy.
Timing.
Patience.

That’s why I’m here.
To steady the process.
To remove the panic.
To help you move forward confidently.

Menomonee Falls & Southeastern Wisconsin — I’ve got you. 🤍

If you’re new here—hi! I’m so honored you’re here in my little corner of the internet.

I’m Brittany, a Realtor in Southeastern Milwaukee, the wife of a combat Veteran (Ooh rah! ❤️💛), and mom to two busy boys, Wyatt and Connor. After 16 years living in Chicago, my husband and I moved back to Wisconsin in 2018 and landed in Menomonee Falls—and the rest is history.

Helping families buy or sell a home brings me more joy than I can put into words. Being part of such meaningful life moments is something I never take lightly. Milwaukee is an incredible place to live, and whether you’re moving back like I did or planting roots somewhere new in Southwestern Milwaukee, I’d be honored to help you find a home where your family can grow, make memories, and truly live.

Follow along here for working-mom life, Milwaukee + Menomonee Falls content, and real client stories. Send me a DM—or pass my info along to a friend—if you’re thinking about buying or selling. Thank you so much for being here! 🤍

I’ve thought long and hard about this—because I don’t take speaking out lightly. Posting something cute about homeownership today, after the events of this weekend, didn’t feel right.

There comes a moment when staying quiet no longer aligns with who I am, how I was raised, or what I believe at my core.

I’m the wife of a combat Veteran who served two tours in Iraq. I love this country deeply—because of the freedoms our heroes fought for, bled for, and risked everything for. Those freedoms don’t only matter when they’re convenient. They matter most when they’re tested.

This is about people.
This is about accountability.
This is about human dignity.

My commitment to my clients, my community, and my work does not change. Service has always been at the heart of what I do. But my values don’t get put on a shelf when things get uncomfortable—and silence, in moments like this, feels like a betrayal of what I believe in.

You’re allowed to think critically.
You’re allowed to stand up for your neighbor.
You’re allowed to ask hard questions.
You’re allowed to expect better.

Always.
