I don’t share all of my closings on social media, but when I do, it’s because the story is too special not to share.
This is Erin. 💙
Erin and I first met through the Menomonee Falls School Board elections years ago. This spring, she trusted me to help her sell the home she shared with her late wife, Brittany, and find a new home for the next chapter of her family’s life.
The decision to move wasn’t easy. That home was Brittany’s dream home and held years of memories. But Erin faced every challenge with incredible strength. She completed updates, prepared the house for the market, trusted the process, and together we created a strategy that resulted in multiple offers within 72 hours.
At the same time, she was balancing work, raising her children, and searching for a new home. To say I’m proud of her is an understatement.
One moment I’ll never forget was standing in the living room of the home she ultimately purchased. As we talked about its potential and discussed the offer we were about to submit, I felt overwhelmed with emotion. It felt like Brittany was right there, letting Erin know she was making the right decision. I have no doubt she was watching over this entire journey.
And somehow, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Erin closed on her new home on the second day of Pride Month. 🌈 A new home. A new chapter. A love story that continues to guide the way.
Congratulations, Erin. Thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important chapter in your family’s story. It was truly an honor. I never take that responsibility lightly, and moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
Happy Pride Month, everyone. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 May we continue to celebrate love, family, courage, and the freedom to be exactly who we are.
