Just a reminder… be careful with those ‘we buy homes for cash’ companies flooding your mailbox and Facebook ads. A lot of these out-of-town companies are not actually buying your home with their own cash.

They market it like they’re helping, but many homeowners don’t realize how much equity they’re walking away from.
