🏡 Closing Day!! For these amazing friends of mine. This was the culmination of years of hard work and careful real estate planning coming together. I was privelegded to help this young family sell their starter home a few years ago for top dollar. 💵 Their plan was to then save money and at some point buy a larger piece of land with room to expand. Even when the financing was put in jeopardy due to the condition of some outbuildings on the property, these buyers simply would not take no for an answer.
