I've said it once and I'll say it again. I recommend saving 3-5% and creating a separate fund outside of your down payment for any emergencies or home renovations that come up.

💫 I do not need a perfect credit score to purchase a home...

Ensuring you have a good credit score is important but having a PERFECT credit score is not necessary to buy a home.
