Are dining rooms back in? 👀 Personally, we feel like they should've never gone out of style. We've got a big family so we love a space that people can gather around have fun together. 🩵

If you've ever done a renovation (big or small) then you know that sometimes, in the middle of a project, you stop and ask yourself "why did I think this was a good idea"? 😅 That was us during the transformation process at 705 N Upland but we pushed through and our hard work paid off. It was under contract in only a few days! 🎉

When we started transforming homes, we knew we wanted each project to easily be recognized as a custom Quinlivan Homes house. After 6 years, I'd say we achieved that goal. We receive messages every day from followers sharing that purchasing a home from us is their dream. That's such an incredible thing to be told and we're grateful for every message! If you're new here, this is Blake and Victoria Quinlivan 👋🏼 They're the husband + wife team who have been flipping homes in the New Orleans area since 2018.

Blake is the designer and decision-maker behind every Quinlivan Homes renovation, and while Victoria is an attorney at the Womac Law Firm she's also Blake's behind-the-scenes support system. 🥹

They both balance big careers and still find a way to share their love for restoring beautiful spaces. Between demo days, going to court and raising their two precious girls...they make a pretty great team!
