A good house can still look completely wrong online.
Not because there’s something wrong with the property, but because the presentation doesn’t create a connection.
Harsh lighting, empty rooms, incorrect furniture scale and photos taken before the home is truly ready can make even a beautiful house feel cold.
That’s why selling a home starts long before the listing goes live. I look at lighting, furniture placement, staging, styling, necessary repairs and how the property will compete against everything else buyers see online.
Good marketing cannot fix poor preparation.
Preparation is part of the marketing.
