Six years, countless wins, and one pretty incredible journey. 💙🎉

Today, we’re celebrating 6 years of Mo at Vie!

From Regional Sales & Marketing Specialist to General Manager, Mo has worn a lot of hats over the years, and somehow made every single one look good. His drive, heart, humor, and ability to connect with just about anyone have made an impact everywhere he’s been (which is all over the country).

And now, six years later, his Vie story is coming full circle as he prepares to head back to our Washington, DC market, where part of his journey with us began. 🏙️

We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Mo has brought to Vie over the last six years, and we’re even more excited for what’s ahead. Here’s to the next chapter, the next challenge, and plenty more reasons to celebrate. 🥂💙

🎉 THIS WEEK MARKS 20 YEARS OF ERIN! 🎉

Two decades. Our very first employee. And an impact on that is almost impossible to put into one caption. 💙
For 20 years, Erin has grown alongside this company while helping shape it into what it is today. She is the problem solver, the protector, the voice of reason, and, more often than not, the person who already has the answer before the rest of us have finished explaining the problem. 😂

There are very few corners of Vie that Erin hasn’t touched. She is a central nervous system behind our operating assets, with an incredible ability to see the big picture while somehow keeping track of every moving piece. She leads with intelligence, organization, high expectations, tough love, humor, and a genuine investment in the people around her. Nothing slips past Erin, and after 20 years, we’ve accepted that it probably never will. 📝👀

But beyond everything she does for Vie, we’re especially lucky for who she is to the people who work alongside her. She is a fierce advocate for her teams, a trusted mentor, someone you want in your corner when things get complicated, and a leader who makes the people around her better. She means business, but she never loses the laughter, compassion, or humanity along the way.

Erin, Vie simply would not be Vie without you. Your fingerprints are everywhere... in our growth, our standards, our teams, our culture, and in so many of the people you’ve helped grow along the way.
