It can analyze prices, trends, and neighborhoods.

But can it tell you which street floods after heavy rain? Which area is actually changing? Which seller is bluffing?

Real estate is part data, part human experience.

The right agent tells you what you need to hear.

I'll be driving somewhere and suddenly wonder if that neighborhood is as quiet at night as it was during the showing. I'll pass a school and think about the family trying to decide if it's the right fit. I'll catch myself imagining someone's first morning in a new home before they've even made an offer.
