Please join us in welcoming Scott Brinen to First Weber’s Middleton office.

Scott brings an impressive background that blends leadership, technology, coaching, and community involvement. His prior experience includes serving as IT Director at UW‑Madison, owning and leading the Badger Track Club, running Brinen Consulting, and coaching girls track, cross country, and wrestling at Monona Grove High School. He is also a proud UW‑Madison alum and a former Wisconsin Badger Track and Cross Country athlete.

Deeply connected to the Madison community, Scott has been involved with numerous organizations including Lululemon, Dragonfly Hot Yoga, Girls on the Run South Central, AMA Madison, UW Athletics through BAASK, and Friends of UW Health. His passion for service, mentorship, and leadership shows in everything he does.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys coaching, yoga, and running, and he is a proud father to his son, Alex.

Scott chose First Weber because of our strong reputation in the community, and we are excited to have him bring his experience, energy, and collaborative spirit to our team.
