✨ October Agent Spotlight: Meet Katie! ✨

This month we’re excited to introduce one of our amazing agents, Katie Pechickjian! 🏡

With 7 years in real estate, Katie’s passion for the industry started at a young age, walking through homes with her mother. Today, she uses that lifelong interest to help others achieve their homeownership dreams. Her favorite part? Showing people that homeownership is possible and helping turn their dream of owning a home into reality!

📍 Katie lives in Middletown (MOT) and is licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
