If a buyer’s offer gives you pause… listen to that feeling. Your instincts are often right, even when you can’t quite explain why. Try your best to keep your emotions out of your home sale eventhough that is a tough thing to do.🤍

🏃‍♀️Thirty-plus years of having lived in many areas of Richmond means I’ve had plenty of time to explore many fitness opportunities this city throws at you, and yes, that includes sweating it out at some great gyms! 💥💪 As a Realtor, I’m always on the move, so finding fun, motivating places to stay in shape is a must. I love yoga and fitness classes along with my own cardio work out as well. Saunas are a plus!
There are still a few fitness spots on my “to‑try” list, but these gyms are my favorites right now. They keep me energized, challenged, and loving life in Richmond to its fullest.🏃‍♀️

A Financing Contingency means your home purchase depends on you being able to get approved for a loan. If, for some reason, your financing falls through (like the lender denies your loan), this contingency allows you to back out of the contract without losing your earnest money deposit as long as you follow the timelines in the contract.

✅ Why it matters:
It protects your money 💵
It gives you time to secure your loan 🏦
It reduces risk while buying a home

You must apply for your loan on time and act in good faith, or you could lose that protection.
