It was windy today, but still such a beautiful morning 🍂🌿 I got in almost 6 miles and loved every minute of being outside. Watching the leaves start to change colors, seeing the berries growing on the trees, and just taking in all the little signs of fall makes these walks so peaceful. Nature really is my favorite kind of therapy 🤎🍁

My daughter has created such a vibe in her bedroom 🤎🍂 Everything is so neutral, calming, cozy and warm with just a little touch of fall.

This is truly her safe space and I love how much thought she puts into making it feel peaceful and inviting. She even puts a fireplace on the TV with the fire going to complete the whole mood 🔥

I love seeing how naturally good she is at decorating because I’ve always believed your surroundings can have such a big impact on your mood. There’s just something about having a space that makes you feel completely comfortable and at peace. 🕯️🤍

The sun was shining so bright this morning and the breeze felt amazing ☀️🌿 My morning walks have become one of my favorite ways to start the day, and I’m staying consistent with them!

Got in over 4 miles today and even added in some exercises along the way 💪🏼 There’s just something about moving your body while surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers, water views, and fresh air that makes you feel so good.

Such a peaceful and positive start to the day 🤍

I was in 6th grade math class. We ended up being dismissed early, and when I got home, I remember seeing everything unfolding on the news.

I was still pretty young and didn’t fully understand why it was happening or the magnitude of what our country was experiencing. Looking back now, it’s one of those days you never forget 🇺🇸
