Shay brings more than seven years of experience in affordable housing, homeownership education, and community engagement. She currently serves as the Homeownership Manager for the Milwaukee Community Land Trust, where she guides families through the homebuying process and oversees buyer education, outreach, home sales, and ongoing homeowner support.
Shay earned her HUD Housing Counselor Certification and has several years of experience providing counseling through HUD-approved housing agencies. For the past three years, she has also provided consulting services to nonprofit organizations, helping them strengthen their housing counseling programs, prepare staff for HUD certification, and navigate the HUD agency approval process. Throughout her career, Shay has helped numerous families prepare for and achieve homeownership while building strong partnerships with housing and community organizations throughout Milwaukee.
She brings an education-first, client-centered approach to real estate and is passionate about helping families create stability and build generational wealth through homeownership.
