This past weekend, we had our annual FRED Family Day at the zoo, and it was a great way to spend time with the people who make our company what it is.

The day was filled with crafts, face painting, exploring the zoo, and plenty of great food from local vendors. More importantly, it gave our team a chance to step away from the office, bring their families along, and enjoy time together outside of the day to day.

At FRED, family is a big part of our culture. We value the time our employees spend with the people who matter most to them, and we love creating opportunities for our team to connect, have fun, and get to know each other beyond the workplace.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so memorable. We look forward to doing it all again next year!

We were proud to have Fiduciary serve as a leading sponsor of the 2nd Annual Stars and Stripes Honor Run! 🇺🇸

A team of FRED employees joined the community to run, walk, and show their support for an incredible mission (some employees not pictured).

This event supports Stars and Stripes Honor Flight and its work to honor local veterans with a life-changing trip to Washington DC to visit the memorials built in their honor.

We’re grateful to be part of an event that brings our community together in support of those who have served. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make the second annual Honor Run such a success! ❤️🤍💙

Last week, we were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Seasons at Cary alongside Village of Cary officials, Mayor Mark Kownick and his team, our partners at Horizon Construction Group, AG Architecture, and members of the FRED team.

This milestone marks the beginning of a thoughtfully designed community that will bring 234 market-rate apartment homes to Cary, featuring private exterior entrances, a clubhouse with a pool, a golf simulator lounge, and a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting project. We look forward to seeing Seasons at Cary take shape and welcoming residents to the community in 2027!

Yesterday, we celebrated an exciting milestone as Seasons at Elgin has officially been completed. Since construction began in late summer 2024, this 280-home community has grown from the first stages of development into a place that residents are proud to call home.

This milestone showcases the value of collaboration and the strength of an integrated approach. Every phase of the project built on the one before it, made possible by the dedication and expertise across all of our teams.

We are grateful for everyone who helped bring Seasons at Elgin to life and are proud to celebrate this achievement together. Here’s to the continued success of Seasons at Elgin!

This past Tuesday, we had another company-wide happy hour, this time at Domain Apartments in downtown Madison. It was great to bring team members together from across the company to catch up, connect, and enjoy time outside of the office.

Please join us in welcoming our 2026 Summer Interns Jacob Brooks and Lucy Heimerl, representing the University of Wisconsin-Madison!

Throughout the summer, they'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of real estate, working alongside our team and learning from professionals across the organization. From development and construction to property management and operations, they'll have the opportunity to see firsthand how great communities are planned, built, and managed.

Through project involvement, site visits, and mentorship, Lucy and Jacob will gain valuable industry knowledge while building skills that will support their future careers.

We're thrilled to have them on board and look forward to all they'll accomplish this summer. Welcome to FRED, Lucy and Jacob!

Yesterday, teams from across FRED gathered to celebrate the successful completion of Seasons at Grafton. It was a great evening bringing together the many people who played a role in the community’s success and served as a meaningful reminder of the value of being a fully integrated real estate company. From development and construction to investment and property management, every stage requires collaboration, dedication, and teamwork to bring a community to life.

We are grateful for the incredible teams behind this milestone and are proud to celebrate all that was accomplished together!

Last week, we had a great time at our FRED Game Day cheering on the Brewers together! It was wonderful to bring team members from across our communities together and celebrate the strong culture, collaboration, and relationships that make FRED such a great place to work.

We were also proud to have this event support a Hunger Task Force food drive organized by our Groundwork Committee. Team members donated canned goods and other essential items, totaling over 700 lbs. of food, to help local families in need, and FRED proudly contributed an additional $3,000 to the cause.

Between a fun day at the ballpark and the opportunity to give back, it was a great reminder of what makes the FRED team so special both in and out of the workplace!

Today our Groundwork Committee hosted a meaningful event where we learned more about the American Cancer Society, their mission, and the important local impact they continue to make in our communities.

We kicked off the morning with AM Coffee Co, who served handcrafted beverages before an insightful presentation that followed.

With many members of our team and loved ones personally impacted by cancer, FRED is proud to support this cause. We are honored to have donated $10,000 to the American Cancer Society to help continue research and the fight to end cancer.
