FRED was proud to support The Foundation for Black Women's Wellness at their annual Black Women’s Wellness Day for the sixth year in a row.

This meaningful event brings together women, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and advocates for a day centered on health, education, empowerment, and connection. Our team members who attended left inspired by the speakers, local organizations, and resources available to support women and families throughout our community.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness and the important work they do to address health disparities, expand access to resources, and create spaces where Black women can prioritize their health and well-being

Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of Seasons at Spring Street in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin!

We were excited to welcome FRED team members alongside the architects, engineers, banking partners, Village of Mount Pleasant representatives, and many others who helped bring this community to life. The event was a great opportunity for those involved in the project to see the finished community firsthand, tour the model unit, and connect with others who played a role in bringing the development together.

Projects like this are a team effort, and we are grateful for everyone’s contributions along the way. A special thank you to our incredible onsite property management team for their hard work and dedication as Seasons at Spring Street continues its successful lease-up!

FRED was proud to participate in and sponsor the 2026 Maintenance Warrior Challenge, hosted by the Real Estate Maintenance Institute (REMI).

Around 25 members of the FRED maintenance team attended this year’s event, joining industry professionals for a day of networking, friendly competition, learning, and connection.

FRED was also represented on a speaking panel focused on water mitigation best practices, sharing valuable industry knowledge with fellow professionals.

It was a great opportunity to recognize the work of our maintenance teams, strengthen industry connections, and celebrate the people who help keep our communities running every day. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

This past weekend, we had our annual FRED Family Day at the zoo, and it was a great way to spend time with the people who make our company what it is.

The day was filled with crafts, face painting, exploring the zoo, and plenty of great food from local vendors. More importantly, it gave our team a chance to step away from the office, bring their families along, and enjoy time together outside of the day to day.

At FRED, family is a big part of our culture. We value the time our employees spend with the people who matter most to them, and we love creating opportunities for our team to connect, have fun, and get to know each other beyond the workplace.

We were proud to have Fiduciary serve as a leading sponsor of the 2nd Annual Stars and Stripes Honor Run! 🇺🇸

A team of FRED employees joined the community to run, walk, and show their support for an incredible mission (some employees not pictured).

This event supports Stars and Stripes Honor Flight and its work to honor local veterans with a life-changing trip to Washington DC to visit the memorials built in their honor.

We’re grateful to be part of an event that brings our community together in support of those who have served. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make the second annual Honor Run such a success! ❤️🤍💙

Last week, we were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Seasons at Cary alongside Village of Cary officials, Mayor Mark Kownick and his team, our partners at Horizon Construction Group, AG Architecture, and members of the FRED team.

This milestone marks the beginning of a thoughtfully designed community that will bring 234 market-rate apartment homes to Cary, featuring private exterior entrances, a clubhouse with a pool, a golf simulator lounge, and a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting project. We look forward to seeing Seasons at Cary take shape and welcoming residents to the community in 2027!

Yesterday, we celebrated an exciting milestone as Seasons at Elgin has officially been completed. Since construction began in late summer 2024, this 280-home community has grown from the first stages of development into a place that residents are proud to call home.

This milestone showcases the value of collaboration and the strength of an integrated approach. Every phase of the project built on the one before it, made possible by the dedication and expertise across all of our teams.
