It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Lindsey to help them to buy a property in Mequon. This is the 4th transaction I have done with them (not including finding 4 tenants for their rental properties!). They have referred 3 people to me (one being their own daughter) and those referrals have given me 2 more referrals!

Plus we have become good friends through the process. 🩷

Yes- rates are creeping up.
Yes- that means that monthly costs will go up for a mortgage

But by how much? And is it worth it to improve the quality of your life?

I showed an example it rates go up 0.5% and how much it would affect your monthly costs. If you would be willing to pay a bit more to get the living situation that works for you- it may be worth it.

Also, with rates going up, less buyers are competing against your offer- meaning you may get the house at a lower purchase price.

And don’t forget- if rate lower- you can always refinance to a lower rate and improve your monthly payment.
