No, not the world’s largest Bowie knife😂 Congratulations to our clients who closed on some acreage in Bowie today!!

Every property has a story to tell. Bowie, TX was founded in 1883 after the halted construction of a railway between Fort Worth and Wichita Falls. Notable residents include the late Amon G. Carter, who went on to found the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, one of the largest newspapers in the south. I’m sure life looked a little different back then, North Texas has been the source of some of the richest history this nation has to offer. What’s the story behind where you live? I’m sure you’ll find it fascinating, dig a little deeper!

If you’re looking to buy or sell your slice of North Texas, we’re here to assist, as you add to the history of this amazing state. Give us a call!

We're excited to welcome Blake Cretsinger to The Spain Team at Cornerstone Home & Ranch! 🎉

Blake has spent his life serving others. As an Arlington firefighter and United States Marine Corps veteran, he brings integrity, discipline, and a servant's heart to everything he does.

Above all, Blake is a devoted husband and father. His faith in God and his family are at the center of everything he does. When he's not serving his community, he enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending quality time with his family.

Those same values, hard work, honesty, and putting people first are exactly what make him such a great fit for our team. We're honored to have Blake join us and can't wait to see the impact he'll make as he helps clients buy and sell real estate across our community.

Please join us in giving Blake a warm welcome to The Spain Team! We’re excited for what's ahead!
