Summer is heating up, and so are the grills! Whether you're a seasoned grill master or a newbie flipper, here are some tips to get you fired up:
1. Keep it clean. Make sure to give your grill a good scrape every time you put new meat on it!
2. A meat thermometer is your best friend. Aim for that perfect medium-well internal temp of 165 degrees for chicken and ground beef!
3. Don't move your food around too much. Ideally, you want to flip the meat only once! If your burger is stuck to the grill, let it keep cooking; it'll unstick once it's ready.
