Day one is about sisterhood. 💜

It’s about bringing women together in a safe space where we can connect, encourage one another and dream out loud—without fear, judgment or limitations.

Together, we’ll outline our dreams, speak them with intention and turn them into goals. We’ll strengthen our self-belief and confidence while learning about the history of women in real estate and the discriminatory practices that have created barriers to homeownership for communities of color.

We honor the women who came before us, support the women beside us and create new possibilities for the generations coming behind us.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. We’re learning, healing, growing and preparing for the keys—together. 🔑✨
