Low supply + steady demand = a market that still favors well-priced homes. 🔥

Many assume the holidays aren’t ideal for selling/buying, but this time of year brings its own set of pros and cons:

BUYERS: Fewer homes on the market to choose from, but the sellers who list right now are usually highly motivated. 🎄

SELLERS: There’s less competition with less inventory, but the buyers out shopping in December are serious and often hoping to get into escrow before the new year. 📅✨

Embracing Change & Finding Home 🏡✨

Change isn’t always easy, and my client Allen knew it was time—but like many of us, he hesitated. Selling a home is emotional, and letting go can be tough. But with a little preparation—decluttering, fresh paint, thoughtful staging, and stunning listing photos—we made sure his Laguna Niguel condo shined.

In this shifting market, we hit a bump when our first escrow fell through due to buyer cold feet (it happens!). But because we did everything right, we stayed patient—and the right buyer came along.

Allen’s reward? A newer, larger home in Palm Springs with a private pool, breathtaking views, and a prime location near amazing restaurants and entertainment.
