Due to an unforeseen accident, our gate is currently being repaired. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get it back up and running as quickly as possible.

🌸 **Mother’s Day is Coming Soon!** 🌸
We’re excited to celebrate all the amazing moms, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community!
Here are a few **fun, kid-friendly ideas** to help make Mother’s Day extra special:
💐 **DIY Flower Bouquets**
Kids can create their own bouquets using real or paper flowers—add a sweet handwritten note for a personal touch!
🎨 **Make a Mother’s Day Card**
Break out the crayons, markers, and glitter! A handmade card is always a treasured gift.
🧁 **Sweet Treat Time**
Bake simple goodies like cupcakes or cookies together. Decorating them can be just as fun as eating them!
🎁 **Coupon Book for Mom**
Create a “Mom Coupon Book” with things like “1 Free Hug,” “Help with Chores,” or “Breakfast in Bed.”
📸 **Memory Moment**
Take a family photo or let the kids draw a picture of their favorite memory with Mom.

💡 **Community Reminder**
Gate cards and gate codes are available for residents who did not receive them at move-in. Please stop by the office to pick yours up.
🚮 **Trash Reminder**
Please do not leave trash outside your doors (**fine $50**), and do not place large items like furniture, mattresses, or bulk items in dumpsters (**fine $250.00**). Please contact local donation centers or disposal services for proper removal.
🪳 **Pest Control Schedule Update**
Pest control will now take place on the **second Monday of every month**:
* **May 11th:** Buildings 1–11 (new pest control company begins)
* **June 8th:** Buildings 12–21

🐜 **Swarmers Season Reminder**
The time is quickly approaching for swarmers (also known as those “fake termites” that seem to appear out of nowhere). We encourage everyone to be prepared and protect your peace—and your home.
A helpful tip: keeping a can of inexpensive **holding spray** on hand can make a big difference, as it will eliminate them on contact.
Please note that water may be shut off for a short period of time as we complete necessary maintenance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you notice an unusual number in your home, please contact the office so we can assist.

Come out and enjoy **Kites Over Mobile** at USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park! This family-friendly event will feature colorful kites, live music, and a great outdoor atmosphere.
