🚰 Drain Care Reminder

Please remember to keep your drains clean and report any slow drains, unpleasant odors, or plumbing concerns to the office. For everyone's safety, please do not pour bleach or other chemicals into drains unless specifically instructed by maintenance. Never mix bleach with other cleaning products.

👧🏽👦🏽 Parents, Let's Talk About Our Babies! ❤️

We absolutely LOVE seeing our children outside enjoying themselves, laughing, and making memories. However, we need our parents and guardians to help us make sure that everyone is being respectful of our community.

Please remind your children:

🚫 No playing or running in the breezeways. Breezeways are shared walkways, not playgrounds.

🚪 No knocking on neighbors' doors and running away. Ding-dong ditch may seem funny to the kids, but it can be very disturbing to residents.

🗑️ No throwing trash, food wrappers, or other items around the property. Let's keep our community clean!

🔊 No excessive yelling, screaming, or loud music that may disturb your neighbors.

❤️ Be respectful of others and their property. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own home.

Parents, please know that we love your babies, but we don't want to spend our Monday mornings reviewing complaints about what they were doing all weekend! 😂

Let's work together to make sure our children are having fun while also showing respect for their neighbors and our beautiful community.
