I haven’t been on social media much this past week because I’ve been focused on celebrating a very special milestone—my husband’s retirement from the U.S. Coast Guard after 24 years of honorable service.

My heart is full of gratitude for all of our family, friends, and shipmates who traveled from near and far to celebrate with us. Your love and support made this occasion even more meaningful.

Watching him dedicate over two decades of his life to serving our country has been an incredible honor. I am so proud of everything he has accomplished and deeply appreciative of the sacrifices made not only by him, but by all of our service members and their families every single day.

Here’s to the memories, the friendships, the service, and the next chapter ahead. We are beyond grateful. 🇺🇸❤️
