A very much needed clean job for a realtor, before buyers final signing papers on a land purchase here locally in the Molalla area.

I was running out of places to park at my place, but I found one more spot and the old Ranger fit like a glove!!

Tried for a month to make someone a great deal, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be for someone or this old pu.

Kinda sad, it would of made a bad ass v8 truck 🤷‍♂️

That's a good place for a Ford 🤣

Beautiful weather starting this Wednesday🌞 Let's get them Field & Brush mowing jobs on my schedule, before fire season get's here🔥 and it's too dangerous to mow.

11 loads so far hauled out on the river bank clean up job 🫨 There was way more there then the eyes could see when starting this job, alot of time and money spent. But it can be an absolute gorgeous family area, if the time continues to be put into it from here.

Well that's it for now until the ground drys out... Ground is still extremely soft, holding a bunch of moisture from being coverd for so many years, so here's till August or September. Buried the tractor once, took a good 2 hrs to get out, I'm good for now🤣

Stared this Friday morning out in Mulino on another field mowing job, grass was very easy cutting. Then followed by more river bank clearing in Mulino as well, for the same customers as yesterday.

One field that was well beyond ready to be mowed, thickest I've even seen it after mowing it for the last 8 to 10 years for these customers. Flood came through, and I think that it helped give it more nutrients. Started cleaning the river bank, that I've never seen and the owners probably haven't for the last 40 years either.

I absolutely love these kinda jobs, where the owners just let me do what I do, put their trust in my business to help bring their place just this much more to life.

I'm excited to get this place finished, it's gonna be so beautiful 🙌‼️
