Over 4 hours at the design center last Thursday with my buyers building in Del Webb Nexton and somehow we managed to choose an entire house worth of design selections while also going down rabbit holes about Maine C**n cats and Great Dane dogs. 😂
New construction days like this are long, but they’re also some of my favorites because this is where a house really starts becoming their home. One thing that was really fun to see today was how design trends are shifting. We’re definitely seeing a move back toward warmer wood tones and away from all the white and gray that has dominated for so long.
And my buyers decided to do something a little out of the box with that blue tile that is going to look SO good when it all comes together. Trust me…you’re going to want to stay tuned to see that one 👀
Now the fun part begins…waiting to see it all come together between October and November. I already know it’s going to be beautiful, and I cannot wait to see their reactions when they walk into their finished home for the first time. 🏡✨
