This one certainly kept things interesting!

After accepting an offer, the deal fell apart. A new strategy and plan was put into place and then a second accepted offer fell apart. At that point, it would have been easy to get discouraged, but my seller stayed patient and we kept moving forward.

A third buyer came along, we worked through the process, and ultimately made it to the closing table with an even better financial outcome for the seller than the original accepted offer.

Not every transaction is perfectly smooth, and sometimes a little persistence goes a long way. I was proud to help guide this one through the ups and downs and keep everyone focused on the finish line.
