🎉 Happy 3-Year Anniversary, Jerrica Womack! 🎉

For 3 years, Jerrica has been one of the people working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep NER running smoothly! So much of what she does happens quietly, but it makes a HUGE difference every single day.

As our MLS Director, she is constantly troubleshooting, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure our members have the support they need. If there’s something we don’t know how to fix, chances are Jerrica will figure it out! 😂

Her talents don’t stop there! ✨ Jerrica also has an incredible creative eye and a serious talent for design. She brings so much creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail to everything she does!

Jerrica, we appreciate your dedication, your creativity, your willingness to always figure things out, and everything you do to keep NER running! 💛Thank you for 3 incredible years of hard work and service. We’re so lucky to have you on our team! 🥳👏

🚨 SAFETY STARTS HERE! 🏡💙

We had a great time at our Lunch & Learn with Sgt. Jacob Greer of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, who joined us for an important safety presentation in recognition of NAR REALTOR® Safety Month.

Being a REALTOR® means meeting new people, showing properties, hosting open houses, and sometimes working alone — so taking a few minutes to talk about personal safety, awareness, and being prepared is time well spent. We appreciate Sgt. Jacob Greer sharing his knowledge and helping our members stay informed and safe in the field! 👏

And of course, no Lunch & Learn is complete without lunch! 😋 A huge THANK YOU to Assurance Financial — especially Ashley Kutz — for providing Magic Grill for everyone who attended! Your support of our members is so appreciated! ❤️

📸 Here are a few snapshots from a great afternoon of learning, connecting, and looking out for one another.

Stay alert. Stay aware. Stay safe. Because safety isn't just a month-long conversation — it's part of the job. 🏠🔑
