On September 8th, Foster Heights residents participated in the Your Health, Your Coverage Self-Sufficiency Class, presented through a partnership between the Monroe Housing Authority and The Bosley Clinic.

The session provided residents with important information and support as they navigate changes to their healthcare coverage. With Healthy Blue ending its Medicaid coverage in Louisiana, residents received guidance on understanding their healthcare options, exploring alternative medical coverage, and taking the necessary steps to enroll in coverage that best meets their needs.

The goal of the session was to inform, empower, and support residents so they can make confident decisions about their healthcare and continue to prioritize their overall health and well-being. Together, we’re working toward a healthier, more informed community! πŸ’™πŸ’š

Information. Options. Support. Together, we’ve got you covered!
