We are looking to hire a motivated property manager with a positive attitude and a quick learner. We have a wide range of properties in commercial and residential. Low income and higher end housing. Hours needed are 1 to 5 Monday through Friday.

Day to Day duties include but not limited to:
*Phone calls with tenants and vendors
*Showing vacancies
*Inspecting Rentals
*Approving applicants

Must have skills:
*Organized
*Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
*Quick learner
*Professional Communication Skills
*Great Customer Service in person and over the phone
*Scheduling day to day tasks

Bonus Experience:
*Property Management Experience
*Lease Agreements Experience
*Buildium Software Knowledge
*Market value for rental prices and sales
