Beware of a new scam claiming to be a broker for local apartment complexes. A few people let us know that they paid a $50 application fee and gave their information for a background check to someone on Facebook Marketplace. These sites are using real pictures of local properties and are giving real addresses to schedule showings (after they collect money and personal information).

APARTMENT OFFICE POSITION

We are looking for a smiling face and friendly individual to greet prospective tenants, show apartments, respond to current tenant needs and questions, work well with other office team members, and problem solve various property needs as they arise.

This closing position can be either part time or full time and works until 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

Our office team works together to accommodate needed time off.
