Exciting News!
Demolition is complete in both the Atrium and Dome sections of the property. The 51-unit Atrium has begun its transition to new 1-bedroom apartments as the team is busy installing and painting new sheet rock in these 1-bedroom units.
Please keep an eye out for our release of the first available units so you can ensure that your name is on the list!

Our roofing contractor is busy tearing out the old roof and replacing with new roofing. In addition, new roof drains have been added in certain sections to help improve the life and performance of the roof.

The General Contractor is busy at work clearing out old furniture from the hotel and has begun demolition of the Atrium section of the building.
The Atrium, Phase 1 of the project, will contain 51 one-bedroom units. These units will be move in ready February 1, 2025.

My Home at Monroe is officially underway! After much anticipation, we have broken ground and will transform the 265-unit former Holiday Inn to 187 Unit My Home of Monroe which will contain a mix of studio, 1 bedroom as well as a limited number of duplex apartments.
