He had remodeled the inside until it was beautiful. But the roof was shot, the decking was rotting, and that exterior was quietly costing him the sale. His home had already been to market with another company and didn't sell. A buyer walked over the condition. The only offers left were lowballs from investors who saw a problem instead of a home.

Mr. Gary didn't give up on it. So we didn't either.

Through our Renovate Now, Pay Later program, we built the repair plan, lined up the bids, and funded the work, so Mr. Gary never paid a dollar out of pocket. In 3 weeks his home was renovated, staged, and back on the market the way he always knew it could look. It sold 3 weeks later, for 35k over the contract that had fallen through on condition.
