One last summer Friday!

Today, September 4, marks the final day of RPM Development Group’s Summer Hours. As the season winds down, we’re grateful for the extra time our team has had to recharge, spend time with family and friends, and make the most of the summer months.

Thank you to our team for all you’ve accomplished this summer. We’re looking forward to heading into the fall with renewed energy and plenty more to accomplish together!

We are proud to share a special milestone that is the 15-year anniversary of three communities that opened their doors on the very same day: Studebaker Lofts in Newark, Parkside Family Residences in Somerset, and Grand Central in Orange.

For 15 years, these communities have provided stability and opportunity for families and residents across New Jersey. What began as three development projects has grown into three lasting communities that continue to be an important part of their neighborhoods.

We’re incredibly proud of the residents, partners, staff, and community members who have helped make these properties successful over the past 15 years. Here’s to celebrating the impact these communities have made—and to many more years ahead!

The finish line is in sight for the Valley Ridge on West Main, in Rockaway Township!

Construction is entering its final phase as we prepare to welcome residents to the community. The remaining work is focused on final inspections and utility activation, including getting permanent electricity and the emergency generator fully operational, as well as completing elevator testing and inspections of the retaining wall. We’re also putting the finishing touches in place—from bringing in laundry machines and fitness equipment for the gym, to completing the final details needed before securing the Certificate of Occupancy and beginning move-ins. We’re excited to see this project come together and look forward to opening our doors and welcoming residents to Valley Ridge on West Main soon!

The finish line is in sight!

Construction is now in its final phase as current efforts are focused on final inspections, establishing permanent power, utility activations, and the last coordination steps needed to bring the community online. Meanwhile, our marketing and leasing teams are actively working with prospective residents, and interest continues to grow as opening day approaches. We're excited to soon deliver another high-quality residential community that will provide much-needed housing and contribute to the continued revitalization of Newark. Stay tuned—we look forward to opening our doors this fall!

Henderson Square still has one- and two-bedroom units available! These units are brand new with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. Residents have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a dog park, fitness room, and community room with workstations. Units are available to tour, and specials include the first full month rent-free!
