Some exciting updates to share on our construction project in Union city, which has recently been branded as “Mirador at Union City.” Exterior work is nearing the finish line with vinyl siding almost completely installed along with windows, while exterior trim and façade details are still being worked on. Elsewhere, unit interiors have begun taking shape as well, as the team has started to add kitchen fixtures such as cabinets and countertops, and bathroom tiling is being assembled. Progress is happening every day and we can’t wait to share snapshots of the interiors as they start to round into form soon. Check back for marketing updates in the near future too as we start prepping for the lease-up phase.

If you worked for RPM, you'd already be enjoying your Memorial Day Weekend by now. Today kicks off the start of our company-wide 'Summer Friday's' where our offices close at 1PM every Friday through the Summer. Normal operating hours will pick back up after Labor Day Weekend. We hope everyone is getting their weekend festivities started early, and enjoying some safe, responsible, and deserved time off. Happy MDW!

Wishing all mothers a belated but very Happy Mother’s Day! Across RPM properties, our Social Services team coordinated a variety of thoughtful activities to celebrate and honor the incredible moms in our community.

From DIY bath salts and facial kits to tea sets and build-your-own flower bouquets, each gift was curated to show our appreciation and support. Residents also enjoyed arts and crafts sessions, along with special brunches, luncheons, and dinners held in their honor.

It was a wonderful opportunity to recognize and celebrate all that mothers do every day.

We are proud to share our latest development under construction – the three-building, scattered-site project in Bernardsville, NJ has officially kicked off construction. This is RPM’s first project in the Borough of Bernardsville and we already feel like a part of the community. We’ve completed initial site clearance and site work efforts, laid out the building footprint for each site, and are now moving onto the footings and foundation phase. This is the critical stage before we start going vertical, so be ready for another exciting update in the very near future!

We are thrilled with the progress at our two-building project in the Fairmount neighborhood of Newark, recently branded as Fairmount Crossing. Our Contracting team is expertly navigating the tight corners at South 11th Street, with exterior insulation and brickwork nearly completed. Interior finishes are ongoing with cabinets being installed in each unit, countertops being fabricated, and accessories and appliances ordered. The elevator installation and hallway lighting has been completed as well. Over at the larger building on South Orange Avenue, framing is nearly complete with inspections ongoing after having completed the exterior envelope wrapping. Electrical work is proceeding as well at South Orange, as backup generators and the switchgear are being installed, with elevator installation next up. Check back soon for the next update!
